How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our booking page, or call us at 321-610-8768. If you have a cat or a special-needs pet, we ask that you call so we can plan the visit.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
Most small pets are back in your arms in 3 hours or less. Larger pets typically take 3 to 4 hours.
What is included in a full groom?
A full groom includes a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, and a breed-standard or custom haircut, along with a nail trim.
Do you offer bath-only appointments?
Yes. Our bath and brush service includes a spa-quality bath, thorough brush-out, and blow-dry, without a haircut.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, we groom cats that are comfortable with the grooming process. We take extra time and patience with feline clients.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred forms of payment are cash or check. We accept credit cards, but a 3% processing fee applies. Paying by cash or check saves you that fee.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and Saturday from 7:00am to 2:00pm. We are closed Sunday, Monday, and the first Saturday of every month.
Are you open on holidays?
We are closed for all holidays. Please call ahead for specific holiday hours around each one.
How often should I have my pet groomed?
It depends on the breed and coat, but most dogs and cats benefit from grooming every 4 to 8 weeks. Ask your groomer for a recommendation specific to your pet.
